YOUTH CROSSFIT CIRQUE
Our CrossFit Kids strength and conditioning program goal is to inspire kids to develop a lifelong love of fitness. Our program will improve coordination, balance, agility, flexibility, and endurance through constantly varied workouts, all while having fun.
CrossFit Cirque sets its foundation in its coaching staff, who above all else, love and support our members – always keeping in mind each individual’s personal fitness goals. We understand the unique needs of our members, and we strive to meet those needs each and every day. We hold one another accountable as family and friends, and we share in each other’s triumphs and frustrations alike.
And at the end of the day, it’s our passion for our people that sets us apart from other gyms.
