Cirque Athletics Summer Training Experience
At Cirque Athletics, summer is not a break from progress. It is an opportunity to grow with intention.
Our Summer Camp Program is designed to meet athletes exactly where they are, whether they are stepping into the air for the first time or refining advanced choreography. Each level follows a structured training model that prioritizes safety, technical development, and confidence building.
We believe in depth over distraction, strong foundations over shortcuts, and coaching that develops both skill and character. Every camp week is thoughtfully programmed, age-appropriate, and built to move athletes forward.
For our youngest movers, summer is about exploration with structure. Minis Camp introduces aerial fundamentals through safe, playful progressions that build coordination, listening skills, and body awareness.
We focus on confidence first. Strength and technique grow naturally when young athletes feel supported, successful, and excited to try again.
Intro Camp builds the base that everything else stands on. Athletes develop foundational vocabulary, safe technique, and early strength across carefully selected apparatuses.
We limit exposure so students gain depth. By mastering core skills early, they create the stability and confidence needed for long-term success in aerial.
Intermediate Camp is where training becomes more intentional. Athletes refine lines, strengthen transitions, and begin to understand how sequencing and performance quality elevate a routine.
This level bridges the gap between learning skills and truly owning them. Corrections become more specific, expectations increase, and growth becomes measurable.
Elite Camp is immersive, focused, and demanding by design. Advanced athletes expand technical vocabulary while developing creative voice and performance maturity.
We expect ownership, discipline, and artistry. This is where athletes sharpen their edge, create original work, and train at a level that prepares them for high-performance environments.
