CrossFit is a core Strength and Conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general and inclusive. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you perform in real life – pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying and sprinting.
CrossFit Cirque sets its foundation in its coaching staff, who above all else, love and support our members – always keeping in mind each individual’s personal fitness goals. We understand the unique needs of our members, and we strive to meet those needs each and every day. We hold one another accountable as family and friends, and we share in each other’s triumphs and frustrations alike.

This required Fundamentals Course is your first step to joining CrossFit Cirque. This basic training course consists of four sessions that can be scheduled based on your availability. Each session will last approximately thirty minutes.
