Cirque was never meant to behave.

The Velvet Hour is Cirque Athletics’ after-dark performance series, created exclusively for adults. Each production blends aerial arts, storytelling, comedy, and theatrical performance into an immersive night out that’s a little bolder than our traditional shows. From murder mysteries and familiar stories reimagined to completely original concepts, no two Velvet Hours are quite the same. Expect incredible aerialists, unexpected characters, grown-up humor, and a night at the circus made for the adults in the room.
