ABOUT CIRQUE ATHLETICS

Eastern Florida's center for Circus Arts and CrossFit. Cirque Athletics is more than just a gym, we are a community of people who love fitness. Our world-class team of coaches works every day to create a fun, motivating, and exciting atmosphere where members come to get real results. Everything we do here at CA is centered around helping YOU achieve your goals. From our exclusive Limitless Program to one-on-one nutrition coaching, we are here to help you be your best self.

OUR TEAM

The Cirque Athletics Coaching Staff is a team of full-time fitness professionals dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. They come from all over the United States and have a wide variety of backgrounds, from functional fitness to gymnastics to weightlifting and more. Each coach on our full-time staff works tirelessly with our members to help push them to achieve their goals.

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc. Many workouts feature variations of squats, push-ups, and weight lifting that last for predetermined amounts of time to help build muscle and confidence.

Our CrossFit Kids strength and conditioning program goal is to inspire kids to develop a lifelong love of fitness. Our program will improve coordination, balance, agility, flexibility, and endurance through constantly varied workouts, all while having fun. We strive to equip them with life skills that will set them up for success inside and out of the gym by instilling confidence, self-worth, perseverance, and tenacity in our athletes. 

Our adult aerial classes for ages 16 and up. These classes are designed to teach adults an array of aerial skills along with proper safety techniques. All aerial skills are taught low to the ground until adults have gained the experience and strength to move higher in the equipment. No adult is too old or out of shape, we will start with the absolute basics and you will leave feeling a sense of accomplishment.

Our youth classes are for ages 8-16. We divide classes based on skill and age when needed.  Our youth classes are designed to teach students an array of aerial skills along with proper safety techniques. All aerial skills are taught low to the ground until students have gained the experience and strength to move higher in the equipment.
