DANCE & FLEXIBILITY CLASSES
Our flex classes are based on traditional Mongolian training techniques including stretching techniques, handstands, flexibility and contortion skills.
These techniques are valuable to all athletes, dancers, gymnasts, figure skaters and basically anyone else wanting to achieve a more flexible physique.
Our Dance classes are stylized by the night, no experience necessary!
