Service Description

This workshop will introduce you to the techniques behind traditional straps poses and movements. Participants will learn conditioning drills and adaptations to develop the muscles required for safe execution of skills. After conditioning, we’ll venture through a straps sequence that you can show off to your friends! Prerequisites - 60 Second Hollow Body Hold Strict Pull Up (No Jumping) Strict Straight Leg Straddle (Bent Arm or Straight Arm) Knowledge and Understanding of Meathooks and Skin the Cats Level - Advanced/All Star
