What is Cirquefit?

A form of high intensity interval training, CirqueFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc. Many workouts feature variations of squats, push-ups, and weight lifting that last for predetermined amounts of time to help build muscles.

Registration is EASY!

1.  Select 'Class Sessions' followed by 'Free Trial'. Search through the selections for: 'CirqueFit'.

2. Create your profile and complete your waiver.

3. Receive confirmation email from our Front Desk team, usually within 24 hours. That's it!

Trial Class

All NEW Students are welcome to try a single class FREE OF CHARGE.  If you have additional questions about your trial class please contact us!

Dress Code

Failure to comply with Dress code, will result in not being able to participate in class.
No jewelry. Wear athletic clothing that is stretchy but fitted so you can move freely. Long leggings or track pants are good and shirts with sleeves are usual ideal for certain moves. Absolutely no zippers, buttons, eyelets, plastic, velcro or metal of any kind on clothing.
Shorts and looser fitting clothes are also acceptable.
Athletic Sneakers are MANDATORY.
Hair needs to be pulled back and secured out of the face into a ponytail or braids. Hair can easily get “stuck”, which is dangerous and quite painful.
Please do this before class.
